I am a Prob officer and have been so for over 17 years. I love my job, I love my co-workers and I live to have my supervised people become something in life! Years do not make us disgruntled, but for those of us who love our jobs, the years have made us more knowledgeable in ways to provide our people with the support they need. To provide them with positive support that there is a bigger and better world out there. Obviously this writer has only been surrounded by negativity because I know on the 14th floor we support and don't judge our people! We want them to succeed because it is a reflection of us!!
